
The Iron Cross is one of my favorite exercises on the Total Gym. It's not incredibly hard yet you sure feel it after you're done!
The weekend is upon us. I sit at my desk without a migraine headache, without any kind of a headache! That's amazing. In fact, I didn't have a headache yesterday, or the day before, or the day before... Just 10 months ago I would not have been able to workout on the Total Gym without a migraine headache setting in 1-2 hours later. I feel so much better it is just hard to believe.
Let me share some of the changes I have made that I am convinced have provided significant benefits:
- Eliminated certain headache triggers from my diet. The four largest headache triggers for me were MSG, caffeine, sugar and alcohol.
- Enriched my life style with healthy foods as substitutes. Added alternative treatments for migraines to my daily nutritional intake.
- Knocked off taking the over-the-counter headache medications such as BC Power, Goodies Powder and Excedrin. I am convinced that these lead to rebound headaches and do more harm than good.
